User Sites
User websites are hosted on the LiveFrequency servers, the system can be completely self-contained, requiring no in-depth technical management byt he station. Much of the graphics, including the station banners, ads, and sponsership can be managed with the system control panel and updated by the stations webmaster in real-time. The LiveFrequency system uses a database driven Content Management System to allow your station to update your user pages at anytime. The system lets your webmaster manage raw HTML code, which gives you maximum flexibility. Our tech team is avaialable M-F to assist your web team. Database
The LiveFrequency community system uses a MySQL database to store all the information regarding users registration profile, personal website content, contest registration, personal preferences, station advertising and header HTML. With the standard LiveFrequency system, you have access to all your member data and you can run reports, or download it into your system.
If your station has an existing web-based membership database and wants to continue using it, LiveFrequency can usually be integrated to work with your current system. In most cases, we just require a simple form to be accessible over the web for the LiveFrequency system to access. The LiveFrequency system simply sends a request to your webform, such as a userid and password, then your system replies with a yes or no to allow the user to log in. This way your existing data does not have to be duplicated, and your current member base is automatically entered into the system. We can supply Cold Fusion examples, and a complete documentation on what is required by the system.
User Management
The LiveFrequency staff monitors user sites and approves all uploaded photos. We have smart technology that alerts us when users post messages that may contain offensive language, then our staff can proactively check those sites and suspend any users that violate our Acceptible Use Policy.
Your staff will have admin rights in the system, allowing them to suspend and ban users, while your staff has these rights, the LiveFrequency service already takes care of those issues for you.
Station Customization
The majority of the graphics on the system can be completely customized to match your stations current branding.
